Last updated: August 2026. Standard usage agreements for our distributed applications and portfolio modules.

Distributed applications including BeatWave APK are provided under open-source MIT guidelines. You are free to compile, modify, and redistribute the codebase packages, provided proper attribution is maintained under Vortex Apps configurations.

Bespoke software, API pipeline calibrations, and web system frameworks completed under Zephyr Devs follow individual contracts. Akshansh Sinha is the sole designer and principal engineer responsible for these client systems delivery.

Our applications contain connection routes to outside servers (including GitHub, Vercel, Netlify, and Firebase). We are not responsible for the performance, maintenance, or legal calibrations of external hosts or third-party web frameworks.

All source code, utilities, and portfolios are provided on an "as-is" configuration without warranty of any kind. Optional support, coffee contributions, or project handshakes can be aligned using the support gateway.
